瓦片餅乾 : 杏仁、芝麻、桂花、薄荷.
前一陣子,
Facebook上狼友們風迷烤瓦片,
我不落人後,也烤了四式瓦片.

Receipe from Abby:
egg 2, oil 25g, sugar 50g, flour 70g,
Vanilla 1/2 tablespoon, pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 330 degrees
Mix all the ingredients well, then spread the batter into a thin sheet
over a nonstick cookie sheet or aluminum foil .
Arrange sliced almonds on top.
Bake for 5 minutes, turn power off and leave it in the oven until cool down.
(If aluminum foil used, peel the foil off while it's still hot and put it back into the warm oven until cool down.)
Remove the cookies from oven and break into pieces. Then...
